煤矿矿井废水处理
一、煤矿矿井废水处理后作生产用水的工艺
1、矿井废水提升到调节预沉池，（调节预沉池上设有珩架式刮泥机）上清液用一级提升泵经管道混合器（混合器前设有加药设备PAC/PAM）进入一体化全自动矿井污水处理设备（矿井废水处理设备），矿井废水经矿井废水处理设备（矿井污水处理设备）处理后的水可作为生产补充水或黄泥灌浆水。
2、一体化全自动矿井污水处理设备（矿井废水处理设备）内设有自动排泥，泥水进入污泥浓缩池，后经污泥泵提升至离心脱水机，处理后的上清液回流至调节池，泥饼外运。
 
二、矿井废水处理后用作饮用水的工艺
 
在上述废水处理后作为生产用水的基础上进一步处理，一体化全自动矿井废水处理设备（矿井污水处理设备）出水至全自动过滤器排入中间水池（中间水池前设有消毒装置），后经中间水泵提升至多介质过滤器出水至活性碳过滤器再进入超滤装置，出水至超滤水箱后用增压泵提升至保安过滤器再进入反渗透装置（其中超滤装置和反渗透装置设有清洗装置），这样经过矿井污水处理设备处理后的出水就可作为饮用水了。
 
三、生活污水（主要是冲厕、洗浴水）处理到回用水的工艺
 
1、机械格栅调节池经提升泵进入一体化生活污水处理装置，（内含A级生化池、O
级生化池、沉淀池、污泥池以及配套风机房）出水后设有消毒设备，如不需回用即可直接排放。（一体化设备的大小是根据出水标准来设计停留时间的）
